2/Fixed Respawns and New Enemy Types

I fixed the respawn issues and amped up the difficulty by adding more demons on screen at once. I added a faster 'Grabber' enemy that paralyses the player for a short time if collided with and can only be killed by the new sword weapon. I also added a bigger 'Tank' enemy that is similar to the usual minions but has 3 lives and cannot be killed by the sword.
The Stamina display has also been updated and regenerates at a faster pace. The score and level displays have been moved into the corners for convenience.
